Doesn't Shopify already include fraud analysis?
Yes, for payment risk at checkout: AVS and CVV results, IP details, payment attempts. RefundSentry covers what happens after checkout: repeat refunders, worn-once returns, bought-everything-kept-one orders, refund-method switches, fraud rings and return-linked chargeback risk.
How is the free audit different from the trial?
Same install. The audit is what you get first: up to 12 months of your available history of orders, returns, refunds and disputes, scored. We email you when it is ready. The 14-day trial is what you do with it. No charge until the trial ends.
Does it replace my returns app?
No. It is an add-on to your existing returns workflow, alongside Shopify Native returns, Loop, AfterShip or ReturnGO.
Do you store my customers' personal data?
No raw personal data. Shopify customer IDs and hashed identifiers only. No names, no raw email addresses, no phone numbers, no full street addresses. Erasure cascades automatically through Shopify's redaction webhooks.
Will it slow down my storefront?
No. Scoring runs asynchronously through Shopify webhooks, after checkout. Zero impact on storefront or checkout speed.
