What your team can do

Start with the customer.
Review the connections.

In RefundSentry, an already-blocked customer’s profile can surface related customer references, including a shared checkout IP. Open a related profile to inspect its order and refund history before deciding what needs attention.

A shared IP can also belong to a household, an office or a shared network. The reference is a lead to investigate; it does not establish a shared device, identity or fraud.

References depend on available history and corroborating records. They do not automatically block, watch or hold the related customer’s orders.
