At a French beauty store that uses RefundSentry: the parcel had been delivered, the bank sided with the customer anyway, and their next order was flagged before it shipped.
What Shopify's fraud analysis tells you
- A risk level: low, medium or high risk of a chargeback due to fraud. Medium and high orders get a warning symbol on the Orders page.
- A next step: “You can fulfill this order”, “Confirm with the customer before fulfilling” or “Consider canceling this order”.
- It comes with Shopify Payments, or on the Grow plan and above, for online card orders.
A high risk level is not proof. Read the reasons, Shopify's and RefundSentry's, before you cancel.
