Shopify's own way: Fraud Control

  1. In your Shopify admin, open Apps, Fraud Control, then Rules, Create rule.
  2. Add the customer's email, an address detail such as the ZIP code, or the IP address. Save.
  3. A matching checkout fails with an error. Checkout rules need Shopify Payments.

It stops the exact value you typed. Keep it for the email you know, and RefundSentry for a new account on the same card.
