Plan & Billing

Your plan, usage, and how billing is managed via Shopify.

Plan & Billing shows your current RefundSentry plan, what’s included, your usage for the period, and links into Shopify admin for anything you actually need to change.

Current Plan card

  • Plan name and status badge (Active, Frozen, Trial, Past Due).
  • Price— Monthly subscription, billed via Shopify.
  • Quota bar— Orders processed this period vs. the plan limit, with usage percentage. The bar turns amber as you approach the limit and red if you exceed it.

What’s Included

A feature list scoped to your plan. The full list is in our pricing page; the in-app card is the shorter summary plus any add-ons (e.g. Enhanced Order Access, Cross-Shop Projection) you’ve enabled.

Usage This Period

Six metrics computed live from your data:

  • Orders scored
  • Returns scored
  • Refunds scored
  • Chargebacks processed
  • Automation actions taken
  • Estimated savings (links to the full ROI Report)

Changing your plan

RefundSentry uses Shopify Managed Pricing, so plan changes happen in Shopify admin, not inside the app. The standalone Plan & Billing page shows a Manage in Shopify Adminlink that opens the right page in a new tab. The embedded version of the page surfaces the upgrade / cancel options directly because it’s already inside Shopify admin.

What happens if you uninstall

Your subscription is cancelled automatically by Shopify. All of your shop’s data is purged from our database within 48 hours via the standard shop/redactwebhook. Reinstalling within the 48-hour window restores your data; after that it’s gone for good.

Plan freezes

If a Shopify Payments dispute leaves your subscription past due, the plan enters a Frozenstate. Scoring continues but certain premium surfaces (Watchlist, advanced analytics) are read-only until the payment clears. You’ll see a banner across every page until it’s resolved.
