Review Queue
Focused one-at-a-time workflow for clearing risky events.
Review Queue is the focused workflow for clearing risky returns and orders. Where the dashboard is a triage view, Review Queue is a one-item-at-a-time mode — designed for the daily session where you sit down, work through everything that needs a decision, and stop when the queue is empty.
How it works
- Context strip at the top shows what the queue contains and how far through you are.
- One item per screen with the full signal breakdown, customer history, and any linked order or return.
- Auto-advance— Decide on an item, and the next one appears automatically.
- Undo— A 6-second toast lets you reverse the last action if you misclicked.
- Bulk actions— If a batch is obviously the same outcome (e.g. five returns from one fraud-ring member), you can action them together.
What lands in the queue
Items enter the queue when they need a human decision and no workflow has auto-handled them: HIGH-scored returns awaiting your approval, pre-fulfilment holds, fraud-ring matches, and chargeback predictions that didn’t hit the auto-hold threshold. As your automations mature, fewer items reach the queue.
Empty state is the goal
An empty Review Queue is a healthy queue — it means your thresholds and workflows are catching the right things on autopilot. If the queue is consistently long, that’s a signal to tune your automation.
Next steps
- Automate more decisions so the queue stays manageable.
- Adjust thresholds if too many low-stakes items are reaching the queue.
