Watchlist
Customers RefundSentry is actively monitoring.
The Watchlist is a list of customers RefundSentry is actively monitoring. Customers land here automatically when they hit certain risk patterns — high-risk scoring or fraud-ring membership — or manually when you decide someone deserves extra eyes.
What you see
- Customer— Name and email (live-fetched from Shopify; never cached in our database per Constitution Level 1).
- Risk zone— HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW badge based on the customer’s current rolling score.
- Return count— How many returns this customer has had with you.
- Expiry countdown— Days remaining before the watch entry auto-expires.
- Source— Why they’re on the list (auto-watch rule vs. manual add) and a free-text note slot.
Auto-watch sources
Configure auto-watch on the Auto-Watch card in Automation. Common rules:
- High-risk scoring — auto-add any customer who scores HIGH.
- Fraud-ring detection — auto-add every member of a confirmed fraud-ring alert.
Expiry
Watch entries expire after 90 days of no activity by default. The expiry resets every time the customer triggers a new scored event, so active offenders stay on the list indefinitely while one-off misclassifications drop off.
Embedded-only surface
The Watchlist currently lives only inside the embedded Shopify admin — it’s the legacy Polaris page kept around because the standalone redesign hasn’t reached it yet. The same data is readable via per-customer detail pages on the standalone app.
Plan requirement
Active subscription required — the Watchlist is one of the surfaces gated behind a paid plan. The list itself is read-only on trials.
