Orders

Pre-fulfilment risk surface. Hold orders before they ship.

The Orders surface lists every Shopify order RefundSentry has scored at pre-fulfilment. The point is to intervene before a risky order ships — an upstream defence that pairs with the post-refund view you get on Returns & Refunds.

What you see

  • Risk zone— HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW badge, same scoring engine as returns.
  • Score— 0–100 with the top signals that triggered it.
  • Hold state— Whether RefundSentry is currently holding fulfilment on the order.
  • Order value, customer, scored-at timestamp— standard table columns. Click any row to open the order detail with full signal breakdown and a deep-link to Shopify admin.

Filters

  • Risk zone— multi-select HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW.
  • Hold state— only on hold / not on hold / all.
  • Date range— Today, 7d, 30d, 90d, or a custom window. Defaults to the last 30 days.
  • Column sort on score, value, and date.

How orders get here

RefundSentry scores every new order via the orders/create webhook. Historical orders inside your backfill window are scored during the initial install backfill (60 days or 12 months depending on whether you granted Enhanced Order Access). New orders score in real time within seconds of being placed.

Order detail page

Clicking a row opens a detail view with the full signal breakdown, customer history, line items (live-fetched from Shopify), any linked return, and a panel listing every action RefundSentry has taken on the order. From here you can manually hold or release the order, or open it in the Shopify admin.

Deep links

The High-risk orders (last 24h) tile on the dashboard links here pre-filtered to ?zone=HIGH&window=24h. The held-orders sidebar item links to the same page with the hold filter applied.
